What is Client Management?
Client Management is a service that Jelly Nonprofit Consulting is excited to offer clients. When you invest in our Client Management service, we do the heavy lifting with this completely customizable service while you focus on what is most important, your mission and programs.
Client Management includes a needs assessment, identification of financial goals, and the development of a one-year strategic fundraising plan. Additionally, we can take the lead on grant writing, grant prospect research, and other related services. To be effective, Client Management requires a one-year commitment.

Exploring Your Project
During your consultation, we want to hear all about your organization and your current needs. We want to know all about upcoming initiatives and projects, your staff, your structure, your board, and how much board commitment you have.
Additionally, during this consultation, we will discuss the full scope of your project, our ability to assist you, and our fee for services. We encourage candid dialog about your organization's budget for project management services. Our priority is to be clear and direct with you when it comes to the number of hours needed to complete the work, as well as the cost and billing.
Receiving Your Quote
After your consultation, we will provide you with a quote or proposal for services for you to review. Once you have accepted your quote, we will draft a contract of services for review and signatures. Upon completion of these steps, we are ready to start on your project.
Our intention is to become a part of your team. We never want there to be any surprises so we provide a bi-weekly progress report to you. These reports inform you about project progress, adjustments, and challenges, and allows you to communicate any updates to us. During our partnership, we encourage an open line of communication and invite you to call or email us with any questions or concerns you may have about your project.
