Services: Project Management

What is Project Management?

Project Management is a service offered by Jelly Nonprofit Consulting and designed to allow you to focus on the most important things - your mission and programs. We understand that managing special projects that are beyond the scope of your regular services, can be daunting and time-consuming. Some examples of special projects include attaining an organizational credential/certification and developing and/or updating essential organizational documents. We want to partner with you to help lighten the load.

Getting Started

It all starts with learning about your project through a complimentary consultation. Our consultations are generally a one-hour conversation to learn about your organization and your needs. To schedule today, please email us at angelina@jellynpc.com or give us a call at (325) 326-6110.

Exploring Your Project

During your consultation, we will want to hear all about your organization and your current needs. We invite you to describe your project to us, including which outcomes you desire and when you would need it to be completed.

We will also ask about how the project will enhance or expand your services. We want to know what led to the need for the project and how your organization has progressed on it so far. We will ask you to provide details about your organization, including operations, staffing, structure, and board (including their commitment to your organization).

Additionally, during this consultation, we will discuss the full scope of your project, our ability to assist you, and our fee for services. We encourage candid dialog about your organization's budget for project management services. Our priority is to be clear and direct with you when it comes to the number of hours needed to complete the work, as well as the cost and billing.

Receiving Your Quote

After your consultation, we will provide you with a quote or proposal for services for you to review. Once you have accepted your quote, we will draft a contract of services for review and signatures. Upon completion of these steps, we are ready to start on your project.

Working Together

Our intention is to become a part of your team. We never want there to be any surprises, so we provide a bi-weekly progress report to you. These reports inform you about project progress, adjustments, and challenges, and allows you to communicate any updates to us. During our partnership, we encourage an open line of communication, and invite you to call or email us with any questions or concerns you may have about your project.

We look forward to partnering with you.

After all, nonprofits are our jam!
