GRANT WRITING SERVICES

Our team of experienced consultants provide turnkey grant writing services, which includes:​

  • Preparation for Grant Application Development

    • Review the grant solicitation, guidelines, and if applicable, application forms.

    • Develop the Project Schedule and Checklist using the solicitation and/or guidelines. 

    • Conduct a Kick-Off Call with the client to discuss the application development. 

    • Collect agency documents typically required by grant makers (i.e., board roster, financial statements, etc.)

  • Grant Application Development

    • Collect and save documents/emails from client containing project information.

    • Develop long lead items (i.e., support/commitment letters).

    • Develop the budget narrative using the client's proposed project budget.

    • Develop the application narrative.

    • Develop graphs, charts, and other support documents as needed. 

 

  • Grant Application Submission

    • Submit Final Draft ONLY after client has given verbal or written approval to submit. 

    • Confirm successful submission with client via email as soon as submission is completed. 

    • Complete Submission Report. 

    • Email Submission Report and Final Draft copy of application to client.

Affordable Grant Writing

GRANT PROSPECTING SERVICES

The JNPC team can conduct grant prospecting to find grant makers and opportunities best suited to meet your organization’s needs. We have access to GrantStation, which is a subscription-only, extensive grants database to find the best matches for you organization based on your goals and needs. Afterwards, we will develop and submit a report outlining the top best matches and listed in chronological order by deadlines. ​

Also, if your organization has already identified grant opportunities to possibly pursue, we can review them to determine your organization’s eligibility and competitiveness.

Best Grant Writer

We are selective about the types of special projects we take on and will use our findings from the initial nonprofit consultation to determine if we are the right firm to be of service to you.

 

Some examples of special projects include the following:

  • Community Needs Assessment

We will develop a project management plan that includes the scope of work and project timeline.

Jelly Nonprofit Consulting serves U.S.-based nonprofit organizations serving geographic regions in the U.S. These organizations must benefit the public and address identifiable current needs, demands, or problems in their service region. We do not provide services to for-profit businesses.

We do not provide services to religious organizations for religious purposes. We may provide services if the proposed project of the religious organization is non-sectarian, benefit a broad base of the community, and have a separate 501(c)(3) designation. The proposed program must not promote a specific religion/theology or discriminate against non-believers.


We are currently not in the position to donate in-kind services or provide pro-bono work. If now is not the right time considering your budget, let’s connect again when the time is right.
